Refund policy
At MAjOR, we want you to be happy with what you wear — but we get it, sometimes things don’t work out. We don’t offer refunds, but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered with store credit.
If the Size Doesn’t Fit
Not the right fit? No stress — you can return it for store credit and grab the right size (if it’s still in stock).
Here’s what to keep in mind:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and still in original condition with tags on
- You’ve got 14 days from the date your order was delivered
- Once we receive and check it, we’ll email you a store credit code so you can re‑order
We can’t guarantee size availability, so feel free to reach out before returning to check what’s left in stock.
What’s Eligible to Return
You can return your item for store credit if:
- You bought it from Major.Melbourne
- It’s within 14 days of delivery
- It’s in original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags
- It’s not a sale or clearance item
Returns that don’t meet these conditions won’t be accepted.
What You’ll Get
Once your return is approved and received, we’ll send you a store credit code for the item’s full value (excluding shipping).
- Store credit doesn’t expire
- You can use it on anything at shopmajor.com.au
- We do not offer refunds
What Can’t Be Returned
We’re unable to accept returns on:
- Sale or clearance items
- Items returned after 14 days
- Anything worn, washed, marked or damaged
If Something’s Wrong
If you receive the wrong item, or something arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll fix it.
Here’s how:
- Email us within 5 days of delivery
- Include your order number, a short description, and clear photos of the issue
- If it qualifies, we’ll provide return instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue store credit or send a replacement (if available)
If the item is found to be undamaged or correct, we won’t cover return shipping — and the return may not be accepted. So please make sure you send through all the right info before returning anything.
How to Return Something
- Email us at hello@major.melbourne with your order number and what you’re returning
- If approved, we’ll send you the return details
- You’ll need to cover return shipping (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)
- Once it’s back and checked, we’ll send your store credit within 3–5 business days
Can I Cancel or Change My Order?
If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we might be able to make changes.
