1. Introduction

Welcome to MAjOR . These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and purchases from our store. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.




2. Products & Orders

  • All prices and products are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and may change without notice.

  • Orders are not confirmed until you receive a shipping confirmation email.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary (e.g. incorrect pricing or stock issues).

  • Orders can only be shipped within Australia.




3. Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Standard delivery usually takes 2–8 business days depending on your location; remote and regional areas may take longer.

  • Express shipping is available for most metro locations (1–3 business days).

4. Returns & Store Credit

  • We do not offer refunds, but eligible items can be returned for store credit.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Purchased from Major.Melbourne

    • Returned within 14 days of delivery

    • In original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached

    • Not marked as sale or clearance

5. Cancelling or Changing an Order

  • If your order has not yet been packed, we may be able to cancel or edit it.

  • Please email us as soon as possible at hello@major.melbourne

  • Once an order is processed, we cannot cancel or change it.




6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by postal or courier services.

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after a carrier confirms delivery.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your order.
