  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.
  • During sales, product launches or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

 

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We ship Australia‑wide using Australia Post and other trusted carriers.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address.
  • Standard delivery typically takes 2–8 business days depending on your location. Regional and remote areas may take longer.
  • Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery (1–3 business days for most metro locations).

 

 

 

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

 

 

 

4. Delivery Issues

  • MAjOR is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
  • If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please first check with your local post office or courier before contacting us.

 

 

 

6. Incorrect Shipping Details

  • Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.
  • If you need to change your address, email us at hello@major.melbourne  within 24 hours of placing your order. We can’t guarantee changes after this time.

 

 

 

7. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

  • Orders returned to us due to incorrect address or failure to collect from a postal depot may incur a re‑shipping fee.
