- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.
- During sales, product launches or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- We ship Australia‑wide using Australia Post and other trusted carriers.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address.
- Standard delivery typically takes 2–8 business days depending on your location. Regional and remote areas may take longer.
- Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery (1–3 business days for most metro locations).
3. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
4. Delivery Issues
- MAjOR is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
- If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please first check with your local post office or courier before contacting us.
6. Incorrect Shipping Details
- Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.
- If you need to change your address, email us at hello@major.melbourne within 24 hours of placing your order. We can’t guarantee changes after this time.
7. Returns Due to Failed Delivery
- Orders returned to us due to incorrect address or failure to collect from a postal depot may incur a re‑shipping fee.
